Alexis is managing our property rental in North Andover. She is Fantastic! She is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, detailed, thorough and helpful. During the heavy rains this summer, she quickly took care of issues that came up and required remediation. She is especially good at being the go-between us and the renters, and responding to any and all issues. Her monthly property management reports are detailed, accurate and on time. Ever since Alexis became our property manager, the property has completely turned for the better. More than I could have ever imagined! What impressed me most is Alexis' promptness in actions. Whenever we had any issue in our building, Alexis would get this taken care of in great speed and good quality. Many times I feel I cannot even do that fast myself as an owner. Love to have Alexis managing our units.

Alexis was fantastic! We were able to sell our house quickly, however our new house was not ready and we had many delays over a long period. She was the one who was in touch with the buyers and had to deal with their dismay over the delays and as I mentioned there were many! She conducted herself in a very professional manner. She was also so helpful when it came to selling some of our furniture. She was reliable and we could count on her for any issues that arose.
