Haverhill

Living in Haverhill

Haverhill, originally known as Pentucket, which is Native American for “Winding River”, sits on the banks of the Merrimack River. Once a robust shoe manufacturing city, the city has undergone major renovations in the last 20 years. This city has a lot to offer including a commuter rail with direct access to Boston’s North Station, Winnekeni Castle Conservation Park, and the new riverfront boardwalk with urban style restaurants.

One of the most exciting faucets of Haverhill is its real estate market. With its diverse neighborhoods and the Bradford area, there is a housing option for everyone including old Victorians, phili-style three families, and modern semi-high rises with river views. It holds so much investment potential as there are still deals to be found close to the historic downtown area and its popular amenities.
