Living in North Andover
North Andover is a demographically diverse community with many small neighborhoods. Old Town encompasses the area by the common, and The Stevens Coolidge Estate and still has a few first period houses (pre-1720) still standing. The “Back Country” has newer homes on the old farmland that surrounds Lake Cochichewick, the town’s reservoir. The downtown area, on the Lawrence border, is reminiscent of a quaint village. Housing options in Andover are abundant with large developments and old grand estates tucked into the country to economical duplexes in Machine Shop Village near the Library. There is a home in North Andover to fit just about any price range!
